What is Pickletown?
Pickletown has been described by some as a little town in a little town. Although it never was an actual town, from the beginning it was a community in the truest sense. Dating back to as early as 1892, Pickletown was a farming community that grew and sold…Pickles! Originally made up of small 5 acre plots, Pickletown grew, brined and shipped pickles. With this rich history of the area we strive to carry on the heritage in the now developed neighborhood in northwest Centennial. We have made it our goal as a community to go back to its roots by growing our own food, raising our own chickens, living simply and sustain-ably and making things with our own hands.
